Bright pale salmon colour. Nose of peach, nectarine, wildflowers and a light mineral note — Garnacha Blanca and Garnacha Negra. Dry, delicate palate, good acidity, very fresh. Clean, fruity finish. A rosé of great elegance from the Baix Empordà.
