Vijariego Negro

Appears on all the islands, but only as isolated vines among other varieties. It matches Catalonia's Sumoll; it is not a synonym of Vijariego Blanco or Verijadiego. Medium bunch (about 170 g), sensitive to disease, late ripening; peculiar wines with a marked typicity on the palate.
