Ull de perdiu ^[[Favà]]

First documented in 1617, as the name of a medicinal wine («vi de ull de perdiu»). As a vine it is described with small, round berries, between reddish and dark, sweet but with pips, giving a well-bodied wine; found in Gandesa, Sarral and Mallorca. The author thinks the name refers to the dark spot around the berry's stalk, not just its color, as with ull de llebre.
