Pampolat

Strictly native to the Alt Palància, pre-phylloxera. Preserved at the Botanical Garden of Valencia and replanted since 2019. According to the Junta Consultiva Agronómica (1891), in the judicial district of Nules it appeared alongside Monastrell and Bobal, and in Segorbe and Viver there was «a little Pampolat». The Cooperativa de Viver (Castellón) has recovered it and in 2025 presented a first single-variety wine of 230 bottles (Valero García, UPV master's thesis, 2025-26).
