La Rural's Malvasía de Sitges is an 11.35% vol. white with 4 days of skin maceration, which gives it texture: tropical fruit, honey and aromatic flowers, with long persistence. It is one of the noblest and scarcest Catalan white varieties, worked by Xavi and Andreu Padró in Santes Creus (Alt Camp) with hand harvest and no additives.
