Celler SanromàEdu Sanromà
Celler Sanromà was born in 2013 in Vila-Rodona, Alt Camp, with a clear philosophy: bottling a landscape. Four generations of growers who always sold in bulk; Edu Sanromà decided to close the cycle by making the wine from his own estates himself. Organic, minimal intervention, no additives. 25,000 bottles a year, all with the character of the territory.

Four generations of growers selling in bulk. In 2013, Edu Sanromà decides to take the step: bottling the wine of the family's own estates in Vila-Rodona, in the Alt Camp of Tarragona. The philosophy is concise — bottle a landscape, convey the terroir in liquid form. 25,000 bottles a year, all organic, all without additives.
The collection at Terroir Radical
100% Parellada planted in 2004 on the estate's own vineyards in Vila-Rodona. 24-hour whole-grape maceration, spontaneous fermentation in bottle with no additives. A fresh, aromatic white with all the expression of Alt Camp Parellada.
100% Trepat planted in 2011 on the estate's own vineyards in Vila-Rodona. 24-hour whole-grape maceration, spontaneous fermentation in bottle with no additives. An ancestral rosé of great freshness and unique character of the Alt Camp territory.
Vibrant, captivating pink. Slightly cloudy from its own lees (not disgorged). Very expressive nose: fresh strawberries, ripe raspberries and a lively citrus touch. Dry, light and vertical palate, subtle, caressing effervescence. Cheeky and fun, all the fruity character of Trepat.
Editorial note
I met Edu Sanromà through the social networks of natural and minimal-intervention wines — one of those contacts you reach through people you already admire. We have friends in common, like Emi of Lavinaventura, and when I tried his Ancestrals I understood at once. The effort Edu makes to work the vines as he does, recovering local varieties of the Alt Camp of Tarragona and making wine without additives from Vila-Rodona, is exactly the Terroir Radical philosophy: the territory in liquid form, honest and without tricks.
