Natural orange wine
White grapes fermented with their skins: more texture, a little tannin and a character of their own. Our orange wines and skin-contact whites from small Mediterranean producers.

Orange wine is white wine made like a red: the white grapes ferment together with their skins, for days or months. That gives the wine an amber or orange colour, more texture and a slight tannic grip. It is not made from oranges.
Here you will find orange wines and skin-contact whites (called brisat in Catalan) from small producers, in styles from light and fresh to more structured.
Serve it a little cooler than a red and not ice-cold: too much cold hides its texture and aromas. Give it a few minutes in the glass. It works well with food that has flavour, such as cured meats, cheese or vegetable dishes.
Is orange wine the same as rosé? No. Rosé is made from red grapes with brief skin contact. Orange wine is made from white grapes that ferment with their skins.
Is orange wine made from oranges? No. The colour comes from the skins of white grapes during fermentation.
Why can an orange wine look cloudy? Many natural wines are not filtered heavily, so they can be cloudy or show sediment. It is not a flaw.
We sell to customers resident in Spain and ship to mainland Spain; the usual delivery time is 24–72 hours from dispatch, and it can be longer when a producer has not yet bottled the wine.
