Mollar ^[[Favà]]

A white or black grape variety documented since the 18th century (1787, in Mallorca) and known under variants such as molli, mollinc or mollaró in Girona, the Empordà, the Camp de Tarragona, the Urgell and the Segarra. Descriptions note juicy but not very flavorful berries and a thin wine. The name comes from the Latin mollis, 'soft', like other easily crushed fruits.
