Native red from Mallorca, a structural variety of Balearic viticulture and present in the Terroir Radical catalogue for its Mediterranean connection to Valencian varieties. Long cycle, good acidity, spiced profile and ripe red fruit. The wineries of Felanitx and the Pla de Mallorca produce its most genuine expressions, many in natural or biodynamic viticulture.
