1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)<\/h2>\n

In accordance with article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 (TRLGDCU, the Spanish consumer protection law), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the order<\/strong>, without having to give any reason.<\/p>\n

When does the right of withdrawal not apply?<\/h3>\n

Article 103.g of the TRLGDCU provides an exception for alcoholic beverages whose price was fixed at the time of the contract, which cannot be delivered within 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control. Since our orders are usually delivered within 24-72 hours (a period that, in isolated cases, may exceed one week because these are natural wines from small producers that we sell directly from the winery) and our prices are fixed, this exception does not generally apply to Terroir Radical, so withdrawal is valid for most orders.<\/p>\n
